The double cardanic versions Ringfeder TNZ ZCAK and TNZ ZCBK are equipped with end float limitation to axially locate a shaft mounted on sleeve bearings. This ensures the rotor of an electric motor remains aligned within a desired tolerance range during acceleration, keeping it at its magnetic center.

However, this limitation reduces the ability to compensate for angular and radial shaft misalignments. Unlike the TNZ ZCAK with an integrated O-ring, the TNZ ZCBK features screwed-on, separate O-ring supports.

- Suitable for use in temperatures up to +120 °C if special seals are used.

- Available with split sleeve (ZCA / ZCB - ZCA model range also available in ZCB design) and single-piece sleeve (ZCH).

- Allowing the elastic O-ring to be replaced without the need to reposition the connected machinery, simplifying maintenance.

- The coupling supports bores up to 270 mm, making it suitable for various shaft sizes.

- The coupling can handle high torque values, up to TKn = 195,000 Nm and TKmax = 390,000 Nm, ensuring it can be used in demanding applications.

- The coupling supports speeds up to 6,000 RPM, providing high-performance capabilities for various applications.
