The Ringfeder TNS SX Elastomer Jaw Couplings - a torsionally flexible, fail-safe claw coupling ideal for hydrodynamic couplings. It also known as "khớp nối trục TNS SX".

It balances out angular, radial, and axial shaft misalignments within defined limits, transferring torque via pressure-loadable elastic buffers of synthetic rubber (Pb) or polyurethane (VkR). The elastic intermediate ring cushions impacts, dampens torsional vibrations, and is oil-resistant and electrically conductive.

- The coupling is torsionally flexible and compensates for angular, radial, and axial shaft offsets.

- The intermediate rings are loaded in compression, with elastomers available in various shore hardness degrees.

- TNS SX is suitable for temperatures from –30°C to +100°C.

- The coupling has an outer diameter of up to 400 mm and a flange outer diameter of 690 mm.

- It can handle bores up to a maximum of 160 mm.

- The torque capacity with the VkR intermediate ring is up to TKn = 8,900 Nm and TKmax = 26,700 Nm.

- The coupling can operate at speeds up to nmax = 7,250 rpm.
