Key Characteristics of the Elastomer Jaw Couplings TNM LE

The Ringfeder TNM LE coupling features a one-part design with an externally centered flange. This torsionally elastic and puncture-proof jaw coupling with a screw-down flange compensates for angular, radial, and axial shaft offsets within set tolerances.

Torque is transmitted via pre-compressed elastic buffers made of synthetic rubber (Perbunan; Pb), which are connected to form an intermediate ring. This elastic intermediate ring dampens impacts and torsional vibrations and is electrically conductive, preventing unwanted static charging. The coupling can be used in any rotational direction and installation position.

- Torsionally Flexible: Compensate for angular, radial, and axial shaft misalignments.

- Design: Pre-compressed individual buffers connected to an intermediate ring.

- Intermediate Rings: Available in different Shore hardness levels (standard Pb72, hard Pb82) and usable in temperatures from –30 °C to +100 °C.

- Maintenance: Elastic intermediate ring can be replaced with movement of the connected aggregates.

- Specifications:
