Key Characteristics of the Elastomer Jaw Couplings TNM GTW

The Ringfeder Elastomer Jaw Couplings TNM GTW is a three-part torsionally flexible and shock-proof claw coupling with a brake disc made of nodular graphite iron and a removable claw ring. It compensates for angular, radial, and axial shaft misalignments, transmitting torque through an elastic transitional ring made of synthetic rubber (Pb), which dampens shocks, is oil-resistant, and normally electrically conductive.

The coupling can be used in any rotation direction and installed in any position, with the elastic ring allowing machine replacements without axial displacement. It also known as "khớp nối trục TNM GTW".

- Available in 24 Sizes: This wide range of sizes ensures the coupling can meet diverse application needs.

- Max. Bore Diameter:

+ d1 ranges from 42 to 185 mm

+ d2 ranges from 46 to 180 mm

- Outer Diameter: D1 ranges from 112 to 415 mm, the outer diameter range indicates the overall size of the coupling, ensuring compatibility with different machinery.

- Overall Length: L ranges from 133 to 441, ensures the coupling can fit within different spatial constraints, making it suitable for both compact and spacious setups.
