The Ringfeder Elastomer Jaw Coupling TNB BHDDV is a torsionally flexible, puncture-proof claw coupling designed to compensate for angular, radial, and axial shaft misalignments within defined limits. It also known as "khớp nối trục TNB BHDDV".

It transmits torque through elastic buffers loaded in shear, available in synthetic rubber (Pb) or polyurethane (VkR).

These buffers dampen shocks and torsional vibrations and are oil-resistant. The claw ring can be pulled back to check the rotational direction of the drive easily. This coupling is suitable for use in any rotational direction and installation position.

- The TNB BHDDV coupling comes in 24 different sizes, offering a wide range of options to fit various applications and needs.

- The coupling is torsionally flexible and can compensate for angular, radial, and axial shaft misalignment.

- It features an outer diameter of up to 900 mm.

- The buffers are loaded in compression and can be replaced radially without needing to move the coupled machines.

- Elastomers are available in various shore hardness degrees, making it suitable for temperatures ranging from –30°C to +100°C.

- It supports bores up to a maximum of 400 mm and can handle torques up to TKn = 260,000 Nm and TKmax = 780,000 Nm.

- The coupling operates at speeds up to nmax = 4,100 rpm.
