The Ringfeder TNB BHD elastomer jaw coupling is a torsionally flexible, puncture-proof claw coupling designed to compensate for angular, radial, and axial shaft misalignments within defined limits. It also as known "khớp nối trục TNB BHD".

It transmits torque through compression-loaded elastic buffers, available in synthetic rubber (PB) or standard polyurethane (VkR).

These buffers dampen shocks and torsional vibrations and are oil-resistant. Perbunan buffers are electrically conductive. One half of the coupling features a flange hub with a bolted claw ring. Removing the claw ring allows for easy checking of the drive's rotational direction.

The coupling is suitable for use in any rotational direction and installation position.

- The TNB BHD coupling is available in 22 sizes, offering flexibility for different applications.

- It supports a maximum bore diameter for d1 ranging from 135 to 360 mm, and for d2 from 110 to 400 mm, accommodating various shaft sizes.

- The outer diameter of the coupling ranges from 300 to 900 mm, ensuring compatibility with different equipment dimensions.

- Its overall length spans from 384 to 914 mm, providing versatility in installation setups.

- The coupling can operate at maximum rotational speeds between 1,100 and 3,300 RPM, making it suitable for various speed requirements.

- It is capable of handling torques ranging from 6,000 to 180,000 Nm, catering to a wide spectrum of load conditions.
