Unlike the TNZ ZCA model, the Ringfeder TNZ ZCAUU features two elongated hubs whose length can be adapted to meet plant requirements. In contrast, the TNZ ZCBUU coupling model is equipped with an O-ring carrier that simplifies installation by altering the mounting sequence.

To mount the coupling, unscrew the cover, place it on the shaft, mount the hub onto the shaft, slide the sleeve onto the hub, and fasten the O-ring carrier to the sleeve. This method is particularly advantageous for large couplings. Like the ZCAUU model, the ZCBUU also has two elongated hubs whose length can be adapted to plant requirements.

- The TNZ ZCAUU / ZCBUU coupling can operate effectively in temperatures up to +120 °C if special seals are used.

- It is available with both split sleeve (ZCA / ZCB) and single-piece sleeve (ZCH) options. The elastic O-ring can be replaced without moving the coupled machines.

- The coupling supports bores up to 270 mm, making it suitable for various shaft sizes.

- The coupling can handle high torque values, up to TKn = 195,000 Nm and TKmax = 390,000 Nm, ensuring it can be used in demanding applications.

- The coupling supports speeds up to 6,000 RPM, providing high-performance capabilities for various applications.
